• Accommodation for every night across all destinations

• Transportation (ferry or flight) between the destinations

Before creating an island-hopping combination, we carefully consider each island's unique characteristics, transportation schedules, and more. So whichever island-hopping combination you choose, you're all set for an unforgettable vacation.

1. At the bottom of the home page - select the islands you want to travel to and hit “Let’s go”

2. Define number of travelers, your dates and budget

3. Voila! Your own island hopping sequence and vacation plan has been created.

Customizing the length of your trip is easy. You can change the duration as well as the number of nights per island by clicking the “Calendar icon”.

Here is how you change the island sequence inside a vacation plan:

1. Once the trip has been created, click the “Calendar icon”

2. Click the handle and drag the island to the desired place

• The hotels and vacation homes on our platform have been handpicked and vetted by our team. Our proprietary algorithm recommends the best choice by ranking the alternatives based on your budget preference, the prices of each hotel/room on your specific dates, our own rating, the hotel’s location, and more.

• Our platform will also recommend the optimal flights and ferry options for all of your island hops. Our breakthrough search & booking engine retrieves all ferry and flight routes in real-time, and ranks them based on multiple parameters, including your budget preference, the prices, transportation duration, number of stops, timing of arrival / departure / stops, and more.

Selecting another hotel is easy. Once the vacation plan is created - click “More options” on the applicable hotel card displaying the hotel you want to change. Now you will be able to explore all the hotels & vacation rentals that have availability for your dates.

You can filter and sort the list by “Price”, “score” and “Recommendations for budget”.

• “Sort by price”: the price filter allows you to order the hotels in the order of price-per-night, starting with the lowest at the top.

• “Sort by score”: the score is WeAreTravelers’ proprietary developed scoring model and it is based on the hotel’s overall rating, location and our insider knowledge. The filter orders the hotels with the best score at the top

• “Recommended for budget $-$$$$“: our proprietary algorithm recommends the best choice for you and ranks the alternatives, based on your; budget, the prices of each hotel/room on your specific dates, our score, the hotel’s location, and more.

Once the vacation plan is created, it’s easy to customize the transportation between islands. Click “More options” on the applicable transportation card displaying the ferry/flight you want to change. Now you will be able to explore all the transportation options available for the applicable dates.

Once the trip has been created and reviewed, you can initiate the booking process by clicking 'Check Price’.

Check price & cancellation policy:

This screen includes an overview of the vacation plan, with:

• accommodation for each destination as well as flight and ferry tickets, as applicable, as well as the total price for your entire trip covering all the travelers.

• the individual cancellation policies for each accommodation as well as transportation choice.

Once you have reviewed the information, proceed with the booking by clicking “Check-out”.

Submit traveler information:

If you have not created an account with us yet, you will be asked to sign-up first. Next, you'll be prompted to provide the information for each traveler in your group, as required by the airlines, ferry companies and hotels for the booking. When you are done inserting your information, click “Continue”.

Submit payment details:

At the final step, you provide your card details, to proceed with the payment to book your trip. When you have inserted your payment details (and accepted the terms & conditions that apply), click “Complete booking”.

On the result screen; if the payment was unsuccessful you will receive an error message and if the payment was successful, your booking is confirmed and you will find a link to your booked vacation plan. You will also receive:

• an email with the payment receipt

• an email with your booking confirmation code, outlining all the other reservation emails you will receive

• for each accommodation on your vacation, an email with its details

• for each flight and ferry transportation on your vacation, an email with its details.

WeAreTravelers accepts payment by credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

Please note that we don't store any of the card details οn our system.

The WeAreTraveler discount codes are valid for a single booking and can be used only once, unless the discount restrictions state otherwise. The codes cannot be used cumulatively and are non-transferrable. The discount codes are valid for any booking value of €500 or more.

Each code has its own expiration date and cannot be used once the designated date has passed.

Also, bear in mind that a discount code is applicable only once per booking, so if you wish to change a booking completed with a WeAreTraveler discount code, the discount cannot be applied anew. This means you need to pay for any difference in price, including the original discount code value and any booking price difference.

Currently WeAreTravelers doesn’t offer international flight booking services. However we are more than happy to assist you with suggestions to help you figure out what is the smoothest way to get to your first destination as well as to return back home from your final destination.

Yes, you can. Although it's not included in the standard booking, WeAreTravelers offers this service after you have booked the vacation. We've partnered with some of the most reputable transfer services in Greece, and we will offer you this option after the booking is completed.

Yes you can. After booking your trip with us, if you wish, we can propose exclusive experiences, including tours based on your vacation plan. You can either book it yourself or let us handle it for you.

Yes you can. After booking your trip with us, if you wish we can recommend rental options for each destination on your vacation plan.

Each item on your vacation plan has its own cancellation policy.

• Ferries offer free cancellation up to 15 days prior to the date of travel (check details in the check-out page)
• Hotels offer both flexible and non-flexible rates (select under “Room & prices” in the hotel card)
• Flight fares are not flexible and free cancellation does not apply

So what can be modified is entirely item-specific and depends on the rate available, your selection and its conditions. E.g. For your stay in Mykonos you might have selected a fully refundable rate, whereas for your stay in Santorini you might have selected an offer without free cancellation. After you have made your booking, you may find the respective cancellation policy in the individual booking emails.
